Violation of the provisions of Item (6) of Article 11 of the “Interim Measures for the Administration of the Review and Administration of Advertisements for Drugs, Medical Devices, Health Foods, and Formulas for Special Medical Purposes”, and is a behavior that contains comprehensive evaluation content such as “recommendations” in drug advertisements. It was officially implemented on March 1st, 2020.

The Measures stipulate that comprehensive evaluation content such as “recommendations” shall not be included in drug advertisements.
